PSPMS Mahila Homoeopathic Medical College, Majarewadi, a premier institution for the study of homeopathy, was established in the year 2000. It is one among affiliated colleges, which is approved by the Central Council of Homeopathy, and is situated in a sprawling area of 7. 5 acres at Solapur in Maharashtra. The institution provides a focused learning environment for the aspiring homeopaths.

It possesses a total student intake of 154, along with faculty strength counting up to 36. The institute provides four diversified courses to the students, which include the undergraduate flagship course, Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS), and three postgraduate MD programmes concerning different aspects of homeopathic medicine.

Their basic academic programme is the Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery or BHMS , six years in duration, and the intake capacity is 100 students. The college also offers three PG courses, namely MD in Homoeopathic Materia Medica , MD in Repertory, and MD in the Practice of Medicine . All these MD courses have a duration of three years and intake of five students per course.
