Founded in 1993, the Purushottam Thote College of Social Work is one of the pioneering institutions in Nagpur for social work education. On a tight 1-acre campus, the institution has a total student enrolment of 241 and a faculty strength of 14. The college has three specialised degree programmes in social work at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and one in doctoral studies. Purushottam Thote College of Social Work offers three full-time courses at different levels of higher education; Bachelor of Social Work , Master of Social Work, and Ph. D. in Social Work .
