Raizada Dharam Das Institute of Education and Technology, an affiliated college, promises to equip the next generation of teachers. It is an institute approved by NCTE that offers two specialised courses in education and has a total enrolment of 242 students. Maintaining a focused approach for training teachers with faculty strength at 12 experienced educators, the institute provides personalised attention to its students.

Raizada Dharam Das Institute of Education and Technology houses a range of facilities designed to enhance the learning experience of its students. A fully-stocked library contains approximately 3,250 books on a range of topics related to teaching including journals, case studies, newspapers and magazines. The library also provides audio-visual resources in the form of CDs and cassettes for learners of all kinds.

Pragmatic training is provided through several laboratory facilities in a range of specialties such as science lab, psychology lab, educational technology lab, work experience lab, social science lab and computer lab. These facilities provide practical experience to the students who are essential in their later life when they will become teachers.

The campus consists of a boys' hostel in which boys can reside within the campus boundary but there is an added charge for this. A canteen caters to the food-related needs of staff and the students while sports facilities maintain the physical and group well-being of the students. The institute's course portfolio encompassed a B. Ed programme with 100 seats, with the medium of instruction in Urdu and a Diploma in Elementary Education with 50 seats, where the medium of instruction is Urdu. Of both of the programmes, it is meant to be undertaken over two years, through intense training of the participants looking forward to becoming teachers.
