Rayat Bahra University School of Law, which is approved by the Bar Council of India, was established in the year 2014 and is one of the premier institutions under Rayat Bahra University, Mohali. RBUSL Mohali offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programmes in the field of law.

RBUSL Mohali deals in full-time courses which include courses like integrated law BA LLB, and BCom LLB , the college also provides a 3-year LLB degree for graduates, a 1-year LLM , and a Doctoral programme named PhD in Law.

Since the college is affiliated with Panjab University, Chandigarh, and approved by the Bar Council of India, thus these courses require few eligibility criteria to be met so as to gain admission to various programmes which are based on merit in qualifying examinations and follow the eligibility guidelines of the Bar Council of India.

The college also has a placement cell that deals with placement opportunities for their students, as per the placements report published by NIRF 2024. A total number of 26 students got placed at a median salary package of Rs 2,04,000 as compared to 28 students who got placed at a median salary of Rs 1,80,000 in the year 2022-2023.
