RL Law College, Davangere

RL Law College is one of the leading education institution of Law which is situated in Davangere, Karnataka, India which was originally set up in the year 1968. The affiliated college which is recognised by the Bar Council of India (BCI) have claimed an accreditation from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), thus enhancing the standard of the college.

With a total student enrolment of 406 and a faculty strength of 10, the college offers two law programmes, LLB and BA LLB. RL Law College has numerous amenities to aid the learning process of its learners to be effective. Of all these amenities, a well equipped library is found at the centre as a source of numerous legal materials.

Open from 9: 30-am to 5:30 pm and Saturdays to 2:30 pm The library subscribes to approximately 2500 back volumes of Indian and other international case laws and eight Indian journals. Internet is also available for research, computers are LAN connected for access to the internet. The college also has Wi-Fi enablement which guarantees that student gets access to any resource in hall and other parts of the college.

RL Law College offers two full-time law programmes that are a 3-year LLB course and a 5-year integrated BA LLB programme . These courses are intended as full curriculums and career preparation courses in law for students intending to work within the field. Due to this, a relatively small size of student enrolment contributes to a better quality education in terms of faculty-students interface.

Admission at RL Law College is majorly facilitated via a merit system for the two courses being offered namely the LLB and the integrated BA LLB.
