RS Banaras Law College, Varanasi, was established in the year 2005. This is one of the prime institutions of legal education in the heart of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. The affiliated college has moulded the future of many aspiring lawyers since its inception almost two decades ago. On a compact campus area of 0. 4942 acres, the college provides a concentrated learning environment to the 429 students enroled.

With a faculty strength of 7, RS Banaras Law College ensures proper attention and quality education in the field of law. The library also serves as a research and study center as it can house 80 students at a time and is equipped with 10 computers connected to the internet. Students have comprehensive collections of legal journals and online materials, entire sets of AIR, SSC, BCI, and ALJ.

Keeping in mind the demands of technology in the legal field, the college is fully equipped with a state-of-the-art computer laboratory. A moot court facility has been provided for developing practical skills, wherein students are allowed to participate in the mock proceedings at the court. This helps them gain real-life exposures in courts.

RS Banaras Law College runs four full-time courses in the field of law, catering to different specialisations under the legal stream. The number of seats that the college provides is 360 for its various courses, thereby helping several aspiring law students. It provides a traditional 3-year LLB program comprising 180 seats, and three integrated programs. BA LLB (Hons. ) , BBA LLB, and B. Com LLB , each with 60 seats.
