The College, named as RSS College Pilibhit Bypass Road, Pilkhuwa was established in 1960 is affiliated college situated at Hapur, Uttar Pradesh. Located at the western part of the country, near the Toll Plaza on the National Highway 9, this institution is sixty one years old recognised institution providing education facilities to the region.
