Sanatan Dharam Mahila B Ed College, Sri Ganganagar

Sanatan Dharam Mahila B. Ed. College was established in year 2008 and it is a women’s college in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan. I have found that this affiliated college, which is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) only, focuses its specialisation on teacher education only. Based on the compact area of 1. 87 acres of land, the college currently has 195 students and faculty members.

The institution has only one full-time programme, the Bachelor of Education (B. Ed. ), which is a two-year programme and has an approved capacity of one hundred hundred students per year. The college is also keen on the provision of quality environments for learning for its course offerings. It has a lot of amenities, which are of added advantage in the provisions of the education it offers.

Moreover, the college has such courtesy as guest rooms or waiting rooms for the attending faculty members as well as families of the students. Sanatan Dharam Mahila B. Ed. College specialises in training teachers only to provide the B. Ed Course as its single stream.

This program takes two years to complete and is intended for full-time students as they work towards educating future teachers to confront the requirements of their profession. Thus, the total number of student intakes in this college is 195, while the approved number of intakes for B. Ed courses is 100.
