Saregama College of Art, Indore, which started in 2008, is an affiliated college situated in the pulsating city of Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This is a mixed-campus university that focuses on the education of performing arts. Although the college is not very old, it has already groomed talent in the field of art.

Boasting an overall student capacity of only 11 students along with a faculty of 8 members, the Saregama College of Art provides its students with a touch of individualised quality in a compact environment. Saregama College of Art is affiliated with Raja Mansingh Tomar Music and Arts University, Gwalior .

Saregama College of Art prides itself on the requisite resources that may enhance students’ performance in the college arts. Students also use this library as a source of information on different materials, which may be related to their courses and broaden their vision of art.

Besides that, the college provides an auditorium accompanied by versatile equipment and facilities used in holding various events and seminars, as well as students’ performances and carnivals, so students get practical experiences as performers in front of a big audience. Saregama College of Art currently offers one full-time course: the Bachelor of Performing Arts ( BPA ) programme.

The mode of programme delivery was proposed as follows:It is a four-year programme whose purpose is to teach students all that they need to know in the performing arts in order to secure a job in the relevant field. This is because the college specialising in one programme allows for deeper coverage of the programme’s subject matters.

According to the admission policy of Saregama College of Art, the facilities seek out talented persons interested in the performing arts.
