Sattar Memorial College of Education, Phulwarisharif, Patna, was established in 2009. Being an affiliated college in the city of Patna, Bihar, this is a co-educational institution with approval from NCTE. The college is based on a 0. 75-acre campus, with two specialised degree programmes in education and a total enrolment of 200 students.
