Savitri Women’s college, bhanjanagar which was started in the year 1981, affiliated to Berhampur University is situated in the college ganjam district of Odisha state. It is a women’s institution and has been accredited in 2002 by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). The college is sprawling over 5 acres of campus and offers 13 courses in four degree programmes primarily in arts and science.

The college has a total student capacity of 1,360 and has a faculty of 13 cooperatively to serve the young women. In as much as extra curricular activities are of importance in molding the students, Savitri Women’s college boasts of various facilities that enable the students to improve their farming skills.
