School of Aeronautics, Neemrana

School of Aeronautics, Neemrana (SOA Neemrana) is a recognised private technical institution founded in 1992 and now offering degrees in aeronautical and mechatronics engineering. Situated in the RIICO Industrial Area in Delhi-Jaipur Highway (NH 8), Neemrana, Rajasthan, this affiliated college occupies 5 acres of land.

Affiliated with the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), SOA Neemrana has a total of 367 students and has 37 faculty members in its two B. Tech programmes. Being an engineering institute offering specialised technical education in the aerospace field, the institute stands out as a good option for any young engineer in India. The institute is affiliated with Bikaner Technical University (BTU).

SOA Neemrana has equipped itself with contemporary amenities to supplement academics and students’ experiences. The campus comprises two different hostels for boys and girls with proper facilities like 24-hour internet, laundry services, and hygienic canteen services. The institute keeps students' health a high priority and has a centre within the institute and other hospitals for complete medical facilities.

A modern library contains a wide stock of textbooks and handbooks, references and electronic sources, essential for learning, as well as modern laboratories for practical exercises. The campus also has sports facilities, a cafeteria, and there is easy access for learners from other stations since the school has provided transport means. The institute offers two full-time B. Tech programmes.

Aeronautical Engineering and Mechatronics Engineering are the two faculties offered at the university. These are four-year undergraduate programs whose main goal is to build up professional knowledge and skills in given disciplines. The B. Tech in Aeronautical Engineering has an intake of 150 students, and another undergraduate programme, B. Tech in Mechatronics Engineering , has an intake of 30 students.

In particular, admission at SOA Neemrana is aimed at identifying the required number of qualified and self-motivated students for engineering courses. The B. Tech Aeronautical Engineering course of the institute requires candidates to appear for an interview and to take an entrance test to check their capacity and knowledge.
