SEA College of Law, Bangalore is an affiliated college that was set up in 2012 in Bangalore – the prowess of the city, which is in the state of Karnataka. This institution, recognised by the Bar Council of India (BCI), has grown in the annals of legal education in the past decade.
Located in a spacious 40-acre multi disciplined campus at ekta nagar Basavanapura the college provides a perfect ambiance for any young legal professional. SEA College of Law has 237 student capacity and has faculty of six which makes the college compact to give individual attention. SEA College of Law uses various well equipped, state of the art facilities to complement its academic activities.
Inner to the three is a well resourced library with world wide web facilities to aid students in their quest for new knowledge. Mooting culture The institution boasts of a well-equipped moot court center to enable the students court in MOCK trials where arguments are presented before a mock bench, special mooting lectures and guest appearances by judicial officers, judges and law professors.
To this, if one and a half years members prefer sports and fitness styles, colleges have different types of sports and gymnasiums. SEA College of Law, Bangalore currently offers two full-time law courses: The two programmes are the 3-year LLB , and the 5-year integrated BA LLB programme. There is an approved intake for both courses and sits at 120 for each of the courses and 240 for the two programmes in aggregate.
These courses are intended to give the needed legal knowledge that will enable students to work effectively in different legal sectors. Concerning practical aspects of learning, moot courts, guest lectures and the IT infrastructure developed in the college augment theoretical aspects of learning in college.
