Shaheed Hasan Khan Mewati Government Medical College, Nalhar, or SHKM, Nalhar, is amongst the most reputed medical colleges. The college, which began in 2012, sprawls over the land area of Mewat, Haryana. It is affiliated with the state government and holds approval from the National Medical Commission. SHKM Nalhar runs a plethora of medical courses/programs: 9 courses across 3 degree levels.

The sanctioned intake for the MBBS course is 120 seats, while in most postgraduate courses, the limit is up to 3 seats.
