Located at Parvati Nagar, Lakhanpur, Munger, the Shakuni Choudhary College of Education was started in the year 2017. This co-educational college offers a focused environment to aspiring educators on a 1-acre campus.

This is an affiliated college approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) with an enrolment of 352 students in the two different programs, and it has a very good student-faculty ratio with 32 faculty members.
