Shams Teacher's Training College is located in West Champaran, Bihar, and it takes in students purely for teacher-oriented training. Admission in Shams Teachers' Training College is based purely on merit. Admissions to B. Ed and D. El.
Ed courses shall be made through an entrance examination to be conducted on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and performance at the entrance examinations and through any other process of admission as may be prescribed by the State Government/ Union Territory Administration, the Affiliating University concerned.
