The college is affiliated by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and give four specialty course in teacher education. The institute provides its course in B. Ed , D. El. Ed, BA B. Ed , and B. Sc B. Ed. These courses are deemed to prepare the students, with the skills and knowledge they require in the teaching profession. The intakes of the Sharma Modern Mahila Teacher’s Training College differs according to the programme. In case of B.
Ed, the candidates are selected through written admission test known as PTET conducted by the State Government of Rajasthan. This in a way guarantees that there is equal and standard opportunity in the selection of teacher trainees. In contrast, the D. El. Ed program comes with a different approach especially with tasting students on merit.
