Shri Ganesh College of Education, Jhunjhunu, was founded in the year 2007, Churina, Tehsil Buhana, Rajasthan. This co-educational college is an affiliated college established in a compact area of 0. 74 acre area and approved by NCTE of National Council for Teacher Education. The institute specialises in offering courses related to teacher education.

It provides a total of six courses under four degrees with a total enrolment of 341 students. The college has employed a team of 16 professional faculties dedicated for teaching and providing individual attention to candidates for teachers. Shri Ganesh College of Education constantly aims to assure provision of a positive learning environment to the students.

It has a respectable library where the main aim is clearly maintained through a store of books and other forms of learning materials intended to support the teaching programme. In addition to that, the campus provide almost all furnished science laboratory to develop the science practical for help of students to improve the hand on experienced.

The computer lab with fully installed desk-bound computers and projection services is complemented by a multimedia laboratory which provides students with diverse opportunities for working with different kinds of and platforms of the hardware and software.

Shri Ganesh College of Education is offering a wide range of educational courses design for all the learners. The institute offers 6 full-time courses at both under graduation and post graduations levels. The courses are D. El. Ed, B. Ed , M. Ed, and Dual Degrees.

These courses target different areas of specialisation in education to produce students who will fit into different posts as teachers and or educational managers. The total approved intake of all the courses put together is 500, guaranteeing the capacity of the college to produce a large number of qualified teachers annually. Ed programme admits students through counselling after a written examination administered by Pre-D. EI. Ed. or any other competent authority. This leads to a situation whereby only the right people and qualified ones are offered the programmes.
