Shri Ganpati Adarsh TT College, Barundhan

Shri Ganpati Adarsh TT College for both boys and girls, situated in Barundhan, Rajasthan, India, was established in 2008. This affiliated college, recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), offers only teacher training programmes. Based on a limited area of 1 acre, the college provides a specified educational environment for students who are to become future teachers.

With an overall student enrolment capacity of 200 and a faculty of 14 staff, the institute has ensured that the student-faculty ratio is kept low and thus provides quality education. Shri Ganpati Adarsh TT College is affiliated with Kota University (UOK) .

Shri Ganpati Adarsh TT College has established a host of learning infrastructures aimed at the improvement of the learning environment and the general development of its learners. A modern library replete with true learning aids is a major prerequisite that forms a knowledge base for the students.

This particular college’s laboratories help facilitate the need for practical training education, which is essential in the learning process. At present, Shri Ganpati Adarsh TT College, Barundhan, provides only one complete programme, the B. Ed. programme .

The intake capacity of this two-year course is 100 students, which indicates that, though the institute tries its best to focus on quality education, it also aims at producing a sizable number of teachers. A B. Ed. programme is a professional programme developed with the goal of producing professionally qualified teachers with professional competencies and skills to meet the challenges of the teaching profession.

It should be noted that the admission process at Shri Ganpati Adarsh TT College creates different category-wise merit lists depending on the performance of students in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. The college also accepts the admission policies of state government, UT administration, and affiliated universities.
