Shri Gulab Singh College of Pharmacy, Auraiya, was set up in the year 2019 and is one of the youngest colleges in the field of pharmacy situated in India. This pharmacy institution is located in Faridpur Phaphund Road, Auraiya district of Uttar Pradesh to deliver quality education in the relevant field. Being an affiliated college, it comes under the university systems in terms of governing and managing.

The college is accredited by various departments including the Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi and the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi which check compliance to national standards. Shri Gulab Singh College of Pharmacy provides for facilities that would improve the quality of learning for its students in their college.

It is equipped with a good library room which acts as a centre for collection of pharmaceutical literature and other research materials, and for student study. The institution also appreciates the aspect of the practical learning in the pharmacy education hence providing departmental laboratories in the institution.

For the students who seek to be accommodation, the college provides both boys’ hostel and girls’ hostel which offers a good and suitable environment to effectively handle their studies. As per the field of academics, at present, Shri Gulab Singh College of Pharmacy offers only a diploma course in pharmacy. As indicated earlier, the college provides the education for D. Pharma (Diploma in Pharmacy) which takes two years and offered on fulltime basis.

This programme aims at preparing the students with basic knowledge and skills that is needed in the current pharma industry. The college has the capacity to admit 60 students for this programme and the ratio of students to faculties is favorable for excellent learning.
