Shri Heera Lal Smarak Mahavidyalaya, Rampur was established in the year 2015. The institute is a co-educational one that exists at Mehandipur, Milak, District- Rampur, Uttar Pradesh. As a co-educational affiliated college, it provides three undergraduate programs at the degree level.
