Shri Kadasiddheshwar Arts College and HS Kotambri Science Institute, Hubballi, Karnataka, was established in 1952. Being a private college affiliated with Karnataka University, Dharwad, it has NAAC ‘A+’ grade accreditation. Initially set up on an area of 6.

14 acres of land, the institute is known to have a strength of 1117 students with male and female students are comprising 3:2 ration totally 5% are postgraduates while 95% are undergraduates. The college has equal gender discrimination with 56% of females in UG and 71% of females in PG programmes.
