Shri Ramkrishna Institute of Medical Sciences and Sanaka Hospitals Durgapur established in 2015. The institute is approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC). The college is spread over 51 acres of vast area. The total enrolment of the students was 750, and the dedicated faculty members were 188. Shri Ramkrishna Institute of Medical Sciences is affiliated with West Bengal University of Health Sciences .

SRIMS course includes MBBS , MS Ophthalmology, MS Obstetrics and Gynaecology , MD Paediatrics, MD Dermatology Venereology and Leprosy , and many others.
