Shri Shankaracharya Institute of Professional Studies (SSIPS) the institute is relatively new in the sector of education, it was set up in Raipur Chhattisgarh in 2017. Located on a large 17-acre area, SSIPS envisages and provides various undergraduate programmes in commerce and management stream.

; It is affiliated with an institute which is a college recognised by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) which has an emphasis on quality education. With a total of students intake 126 and proposed specialisation SSIPS has a mission to deliver the best educational service for students in a comfortable and equipped learning environment.

In addition, the Shri Shankaracharya Institute of Professional Studies possesses a fleet of teaching and learning facilities intended to complement the educational exercise. This is to say that; large, well-furnished, and equipped learning spaces with facilities for instructional enhanced learning activities like LCD projectors make learning environment.

The main library established as an information hub has stocked up many textbooks, reference books, and books from different authors of disciplines offered in SSIPS. To the students from other places, the institute has arranged separately hosted dormitories for both the boys and girls available within the institute premises with adequate security for 24 hours.

There are also grounds for sports and recreation, a clinic, a first-aid facility, parking lots and facilities leased to banking institutions with cash point services. A comfortable cafeteria has become a centre of student activities and it is a place ideal for conversations during meals.

Besides, SSIPS has a fleet of 18 adequately operational buses for the transportation of students and staff from Raipur and Bhilai and for industrial and field visits. As of now, SSIPS comprises eight full-time programmes , the total duration of which is three years. These include; Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com), Bachelor of Commerce in Computer (B.

Com Computer), as well as Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (B. Sc Computer Science). Both programmes are now approved for a given number of student enrolment; 40 students per programme gives a total of 160 student seat capacity. Enough of them is offered to provide students with basics in selected spheres of business, commerce, and computer science, fitting them for the 561 selected further occupations.
