Sitabai Thite College of Pharmacy was established in the year 1995 and is a constituent college located in Pune, the state of Maharashtra, India. This institute is duly approved by the Pharmacy Council of India and imparts quality education in pharmaceutical science.
The college has a 15-acre campus with a total student enrolment of 262, out of which the student body enrolment consists of 37% male and 63% female students. The institute has a faculty strength of 17members and offers two degree programmes in the field of pharmacy. There are numerous facilities developed by the college to ensure all-round development and learning of students.
Hostel facilities have been separately given for boys and girls with a capacity of 35 and 100 respectively on campus. They offer all modern facilities and security measures. In addition to the lecture theaters, the college has laboratories for practical training in Pharmaceutical Sciences. Other facilities include a gym, sports facility for cricket, volleyball, and kabaddi, and a health center offering first-aid services. The undergraduate four-year course will be the Bachelor of Pharmacy, B. Pharma, and the two-year course, Diploma in Pharmacy, D. Pharma, with an intake capacity of 60 each; hence, the total intake would be 120 per year for these courses.
