Smrati Mahavidyalaya, Lakhimpur Kheri

Smrati Mahavidyalaya was set up in the year 2008 and is presently an affiliated college nestled in Lakhimpur Kheri, Uttar Pradesh. Located on Bhira-Palia Road, close to Adbhut Sai Mandir, it has a wide selection of courses at the bachelors and masters levels. In terms of student enrolment, the college offers Agriculture, Arts, Commerce and Science education to 1,887 students.

At present, the college provides seven courses across 5 degrees, making it diverse enough to satisfy the learners’ diverse needs in pursuit of their dreams careers. A number of wash facilities to supplement the learning activities of the students are within the institute.

Organised extracurricular activities are available through the college’s sporting facilities for the use of sports lovers, while the library is provided as a resource centre for academic work. Departmental laboratories have practical sessions, especially for science and agriculture faculty students.

Modern communication and learning apparatus is provided through the college’s IT system that makes students be connected. There is a boy’s hostel or the less-able students can be provided with a place in the institution’s hostels. Smrati Mahavidyalaya also has the alumni association that formalises the relationship between current and past learners.

The courses being offered in Smrati Mahavidyalaya include 7 courses for both undergraduate and postgraduate. The undergraduate programmes include B. Sc. Agriculture , BA, and B. Com to equip learners with strong knowledge and practice in these areas.

At the postgraduate level, the college has offered specific fields like M. Sc. Agronomy, Horticulture. The faculties provided for those who want to pursue humanities degrees include Master of Arts in Sociology, Home Science. All the courses are first-to-last ideas that are effective for the enhancement of in-depth ideas and working experience in specific fields.
