In the year 1989, Smt C. D. Jhobalia Rofel Arts and Smt I. S. R. Achchhariwala Rofel Commerce College, Vapi, located in the state of Gujarat, India, was established. The college is affiliated with NAAC and offers both disciplines of arts and commerce: undergraduate and postgraduate.
