Sreedevi College of Education, Anantapur, was established in the year 2007. The institution has grown up as one of the premier institutions for building up the future of education. The co-educational college is located at Borampalli Village, Kalyandurg Mandal, Anantapur district, Andhra Pradesh, on a sprawling 13-acre campus. It is an affiliated college with approval from NCTE.

The institution offers two professional courses in education: Bachelor of Education (B. Ed) and Master of Education (M. Ed. ), with a total enrolment of 132 students and a faculty strength of 13 devoted teachers. Sreedevi College of Education has varied facilities that would go on to enrich the learning processes of the students.

While the Bachelor of Education course has an approved intake of 100 students, that for the Master of Education is 50.

The total student intake for both courses is 150, thus indicative of the capacity for bringing up a considerable number of future teachers each year by the college. Ed 50 Admission to the programme at Sreedevi College of Education is merit-based in accordance with the policies prescribed by the state government, the UT administration, and the affiliated university. Admission to B. Ed. shall be made based on the marks secured in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. Admission into M. Ed.

shall be made based on merit, based on the marks of the qualifying examination, entrance test, or any other selection process prescribed by competent authorities.
