Since it is a university degree course, selection is purely on the basis of past performance in the qualifying examination. In some circumstances, entrance examinations or other screening methods may be used based on rules that have been laid down at the state government, UT administration, and the affiliated university level.

In this way, only really willing and motivated people can get a chance to become educators they have always wanted to be.
