Sri Sankara Arts and Science College, Enathur

Sri Sankara Arts and Science College is a self-financing, co-educational institution that was founded in 1991 in Kancheepuram, Tamil Nadu, and is affiliated with Chennai University and is also an autonomous institution. Situated on the 14-acre land, the college is NAAC accredited and AICTE recognised.

Despite a student population force of 5004 and a teaching force of 132, SSASC provides 22 courses under nine programmes. Over the years, gender distribution at the institute was almost equal, with 55% being male students, while the remaining 45% were female students, and 54% of postgraduate students were female.
