Sri Sarada Institute of Science and Technology is a leading educational centre located in Anantharam Village, Bhongir Mandal, Nalgonda District, Telangana State was set up in the year 2007. This is a co-educational institute; it is an affiliated college which provides engineering and management courses.

Being a technical institute, the institute currently offers five programmes at two levels to meet the changing demands of the market. Sri Sarada Institute of Science and Technology, located in Anantharam Village, Bhongir Mandal, Nalgonda, Telangana, was established in 2006. It is approved by AICTE, accredited by NBA, and affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University , Hyderabad (JNTUH).

Sri Sarada Institute of Science and Technology have developed a package of facilities that meet the modern needs of students during classes. Apart from being a newcomer, the library also plays the role of a depot of knowledge and academic materials for the students.

The most eye-catching feature of the IT infrastructure is that it contains a large number of nine computer labs with more than 600 latest Pentium-IV computers connected through Local Area Networks. These labs provide free internet, backed up by UPS and generators for an uninterrupted power supply. The institute also possesses well-equipped laboratories of the mechanical as well as Civil engineering departments.

The Electronics & Communications labs are well furnished with the best devices and instruments, and on the other hand, the Electrical Machine halls contain AC and DC motors. The Mechanical Department came into existence in 2005 with 11 modern laboratories, such as CAD/CAM Lab and Heat Transfer Lab, with faculty members having rich industrial experience.

Sri Sarada Institute of Science and Technology operates five courses, all of which are full-time. There are four B. Tech programmes in Computer Science and Engineering , Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering , Mechanical Engineering and MBA. The B. Tech programmes have an approved strength of 60 students per section, making the total offering of engineering courses 240.
