Sri Vagdevi Degree college was established in the year 2005 and is situated in Nizamabad District of Telangana state. The college affiliated with the university has been producing quality and competent young adults for nearly two decades with wide coupe of undergraduate programmes. Located in the centre of the city of Nizamabad, the college has an advantageous position right across the ZP Guest House, Subhash Nagar.

Sri Vagdevi Degree College has an academic enrolment of 365 and 14 faculties thus offering a targeted learning. The institution has 6 courses in 2 programme offerings focusing on areas of Commerce, Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science instruction. For science programmes, minimum of 40% marks in the aggregate in the qualifying examination, or in the optional subjects of the examination, whichever is applicable.
