Srinivasa Subbaraya Polytechnic College is a well-known technical institute started in the year 1960 in Nagapattinam, Tamil Nadu. This affiliated college recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) today provides numerous diploma courses in different fields of engineering. Located on a vast area of 59.

3 acres, the college has a total intake capacity of 1423 students and faculty strength of 33. Srinivasa Subbaraya Polytechnic College offers five full-time diploma courses fortified with qualitative education for the candidates based on their interest in technical courses in the region.

The college also boasts the necessary and appropriate facilities that enable student’s growth in terms of classwork and character development. Its core academic component is the library with 15000 books, as well as monthly and weekly technical magazines and World Bank publications. It thus provides educational video cassettes to improve the learning processes in the facility.

Practical experiences are also provided by the college through laboratories for each department of the college.
