St. Paul Teachers Training College, Birsinghpur, was established in the year 2014 and beamed as an example of excellence in education across Bihar. Coeducational in nature, this college exists in the district of Samastipur with a motive to shape the future educators.

100 Rs 1,20,000 St Paul's Teachers Training College issues admissions on a competitive basis, taking only the merit lists into consideration. Candidates for admission to the B. Ed. course shall have to appear in the Combined Entrance Test conducted by the CET B. Ed. State Nodal University, Government of Bihar.
A candidate's selection for admission shall be based upon his/her performance in the entrance examination, interview/counselling if held, and academic merit. Similarly, in the case of a D. El. Ed. programme, the selection at the institution shall be made based on the D. El. Ed. Entrance test conducted by the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna.
Interested students have to apply online and attach all the documents with the form like mark sheets from their Matriculation and Intermediate exams. The college strictly communicates that applicants should have a complete and proper application if they are to be considered for entrance examinations. Although relatively young, the St.
