Peter’s requires a total of 91 students and has a faculty of 8 members, which provides maximum concentrate on each student. At the moment, the college offers only the Bachelor of Education (B. Ed) which has an approved capacity of one hundred students. Some of the facilities that St.

Peter College of Education has includes; The college library stocks 5, 703 book volumes and 2, 632 titles from different sectors that are important for B. ED curriculum. It also has Access to 18 journals and have a reading room of 50 seats for all students.

The IT infrastructure encompasses a computer laboratory which boasts twenty high-configuration computers with networked access to the internet and LAN connectivity, head phones, speakers, etc. Concerning students physical needs, the college provides sports amenities and a health facility with emergency treatment.

There are different hostel facilities for boys and girls so students can easily find a comfortable place to stay while they attend their academics. However, the main concentration of this college is the B. Ed , which is a two-year full time programme of study. This programme is the bedrock of St. Peter’s set educational programmes with approved drill of one hundred seats.

Teaching is the main profession for which the course B. Ed is designed and is equipped with specific skills and knowledge to perform this profession. Although exact numbers of graduates who passed the license examination are still unknown, 91 is the total enrolment of the college; it can still be inferred that the college is always producing interested graduates in its teacher education programme.
