Subhash Chandra Bose College of Education was founded in the year 2015. It is a co-educational college with the prime motive of preparing the future teachers. The affiliated college is situated at Israin Khurd Kumarkhand, Madhepura, Bihar, over a compact area of 2 acres.

The institute, duly approved by the National Council for Teacher Education, offers two full-time education programmes with a total student enrolment of 100.
