Sudam Charan Degree College is affiliated and has been set up at Chandanbhati, Balangir, Odisha in the year 1996. The institute comprising a campus area of 7 acres is located in the region to provide higher education to aspiring students. Currently the college has 371 students and 5 faculty members making it a more conducive for learning.

As of today, the institute provides only one degree programme, which testifies to its focus on a specific type of learning.
