SUM College of Teacher Education was established in 2006 in Kannur and has earned a reputation as one of the premier institutions dealing with the future of education. The curriculum of the B.

Ed programme will allow the students to acquire the knowledge and skills required in the modern teaching fraternity. On the admission of the candidate to SUM College of Teacher Education, they are admitted based on merit after fulfilling the guidelines as provided in the college prospectus.
