Surinder Kaur Memorial Teacher Training College was started in the year 2008 in Padampur ,Rajasthan. This is a co-educational college who is an affiliated college of the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Located on a limited area of one acre of land, the college aims at delivering quality in teacher education.

The institute offer education to total number of 194 students while having 16 faculty members therefore the ratio of students per faculty member is reasonable. It is a fully fledged college with only one programme being a Bachelor of Education (B. Ed), which is a two years full course.
