One of the oldest, SVJV Sanskrit College, Kovvur, was started in 1912 with the mission of preservation and propagation of the rich heritage of Sanskrit and Oriental learning. This affiliated college, situated at Kovvur in the West Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh, has served with a beacon light to traditional knowledge since its inception.
