In 2012, Swami Vivekanand B. Ed. Teachers and Training College in Darbhanga, Bihar, was started as a constituent institute. It is a co-educational institute sprawling over 1. 0329 acres of land with the mission to shape future teachers.

This institution has been granted recognition from some renowned bodies like the National Council for Teacher Education, New Delhi, and All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi. With the current enrolment of 122 students, this institute has a faculty strength of 16, thereby providing a concentrated learning environment.

The college offers two specialized courses in education, meant for those learners who want to shape young minds and be able to contribute to the field of teaching. Teachers and Training College offers two full-time courses in the field of education. The two-year B. Ed. program has an approved intake of 200 students. The college also offers a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education ( D. El. Ed. ).
