The Techno International New Town, Kolkata offers students the chance to get financial aid to continue their education. Students from economically disadvantaged areas are eligible for the TINT, Kolkata scholarship programmes.
These top-class scholarships are provided for students from each background, the main aim of this scholarship is to identify and promote quality education amongst candidates, by providing them with full financial support. The Scheme will covers students pursuing studies beyond the 12th class and continuing their college education. These scholarships provide students with a monthly stipend and other benefits.
Students must satisfy the standards of the scholarship programmes by satisfying the qualifying requirements in order to be eligible for the TINT Kolkata scholarships.

Family income should not exceed INR 2. 5 lakh. Swami Vivekananda Merit Cum Means Government of West Bengal Candidates should have secure 60% marks in the 10+2 examinations and 53% marks in graduation and post-graduation levels.
Swami Vivekananda Merit Cum Means for Minority Government of West Bengal Candidate should be West Bengal and from a minority community and should have secured a minimum of 75% in 10+2 examinations + 53% marks in graduation and 55% in masters. Family income should not exceed INR 2. 5 lakh.
Pragati Scholarship (only for Female) All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) Candidate should be admitted to the 1st or 2nd year of the technical diploma/degree programme of an AICTE-approved college/institute. Family income should not exceed INR 8 lakh. Note : Candidates who get admission to their respective institutions will get a full tuition fee and non-refundable charges along with academic allowance.
The student will get Rs. 30,000 per annum as a tuition fee and along with that academic allowance of Rs. 86,000 - Rs 8 lakh per annum.
