The Calcutta Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Kolkata

In 1881, Calcutta Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Kolkata, was established. The college is affiliated with the Central Council of Homoeopathy (CCH) and imparts a varied range of specialised courses in homoeopathic medicine.

This 1-acre campus accommodates an enrolment of 163 students and a faculty of 23, showing the dedication towards the homoeopathic education field by offering undergraduate and postgraduate courses to aspiring homoeopaths at different levels of their academic journey.

The Calcutta Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital feels proud about providing a comprehensive set of facilities to enhance the learning environment of students. There are separate hostel accommodations meant for boys and girls to have comfortable living for out-of-station students.

This range runs from the flagship institutional programme, the Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery, which is a six-year full-time course.

The institution offers, at the postgraduate level, six MD programmes: MD Practice of Medicine, MD Homeopathic Organon of Medicine , MD Homoeopathic Paediatrics, MD Homoeopathic Pharmacy , MD Materia Medica, and MD Homoeopathic Philosophy . Each of these courses will run for three years and will be full-time.
