Thirumalai Polytechnic College, instituted in 2009, is one of the premier technical colleges in Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu. This affiliated college, recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), has been correcting student minds to the engineering stream for more than a decade.

Located on a small piece of ground of 2 acres, the college provides a rather concentrated atmosphere for the enrolled 617 students. The institute has 47 committed faculty members who contribute to teaching the students; therefore, the college has a favourable student-faculty ratio.

The institution earns its keep from five diploma courses that cut across the engineering field to meet the demands of technicians and engineers.
