Tilak Raj Chadha Institute of Management and Technology, Yamunanagar was established in the year 1999 at Yamunanagar, Haryana. This affiliated college is approved with AICTE, New Delhi, and presently offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs. This campus, which is spread over an area of 3 acres has a total enrolment capacity of students at the level of 884, and the faculty strength is 10.

This institute imparts education in four different degree courses with specializations in the areas of management and technology. TIMT has many facilities to make a student's life easier. There are separate hostels for girls with an intake capacity of 350 students, fully equipped with all modern facilities and a recreation hall.

A well-stocked library with more than 15,000 books, periodicals, and online subscription-based e-journals by various publishers are available. The campus is fully WiFi-enabled and has the latest state-of-the-art computer labs provided with high speed internet connectivity. Medical facilities are also available with free checkups and a weekly medical camp in the adopted villages under the aegis of the institute. This includes offering four full-time courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. These programs are BBA, BCA, MBA, and MCA.

For instance, in the case of an MBA, the admissions are based on merit in the CMAT conducted by AICTE. Further, for MCA, it is based on inter-se merit of OLET MCA-2020.

The admission procedures for BBA and BCA have been left somewhat vague, though these courses will take into account academic performance in the relevant qualifying examination.
