Tipu Sultan Unani Medical College and Hospital, Gulbarga, which was started in the year 1998, is one among the institutions in Unani medicine. This affiliated college is situated in Millat Nagar, Ring Road, Gulbarga Dist, Karnataka and this college is covering an area of about one acre of land.

The institute has only one course, Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS), it had a total student strength of 277 and faculty of 34 in 2014. Like many institutions of its kind, it enrols both male and female students and therefore, promotes gender equity.
