TMAE Society MMJG College of Pharmacy, Haveri was established in the year 2003 and is an affiliated college situated at Ijarilakmpur, Haveri, Karnataka. It is also recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education [AICTE], New Delhi, and the Pharmacy Council of India [PCI], New Delhi, which maintains the standard of education in the present institute for the degree of pharmacy.

The college focuses on specialised programmes in the pharmaceutical sciences staffed by a faculty of seven members. Even though information regarding the number of students and size of the campus has not been obtained, Objectives and Approvals showing the college’s intention to offer quality education in pharmacy have been depicted from the courses offered as follows.

MMJG College of Pharmacy has put in place several utilities to make the learning process of the student more interesting. The college of nursing has a library that is well stocked with different books, journals and other resources, which the students use in their college work. Department-specific laboratories provide optimal learning facilities whereby practical skills are gained within an area of specialisation.

They include the college food court, which is a restaurant which prepares and sells meals for the college community and other guests. MMJG College of Pharmacy Haveri also has an auditorium, which is used for special occasions, seminars, church activities and any other college activities. Sports recreation if recreational facilities are the interests of the students, a sports facility is found on campus.

College of Pharmacy, Haveri, is officially affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Bangalore, and is approved by both the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). TMAE Society MMJG College of Pharmacy provides two major courses in the pharmacy discipline. B.

Pharma is an undergraduate course of study which takes 60 students for a period of four years. As a result of this programme, students will obtain specialised knowledge of Pharmaceutical sciences, needed to work in numerous spheres of the pharmaceutical business. The college also runs a Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharma) ; however, there is no specified information on the capacity offered for this course.

These programmes have been developed to prepare students for pharmaceutical studies in research, manufacturing or other pharmaceutical facilities.
