Nagpur's Tulsiramji Gaikwad-Patil College of Architecture (TGPCA) has been founded to nurture the hopes of aspiring architects through a well-structured and leaning admission process that is competitive. The admission cycle at TGPCA mostly occurs hand in hand with the national architectural entrance examinations.
Two prominent entrance tests are accepted by the college-National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) and Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) Paper 2, for B. Arch. Normally, they are conducted during the first half of the year, with NATA allowing many attempts and JEE Main having two sessions in a year.
Candidates must have earned a 10+2 or equivalent degree from a recognized education board following cores in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as required subjects. They must qualify also in either NATA or JEE Main Paper 2 so as to be considered for admission to TGPCA for the B. Arch program. Selection will thus be based on merit by TGPCA on the basis of the scores obtained in qualifying entrance examinations.
Candidates qualifying these exams with their respective cut-off scores become eligible for the admission procedure. Such students should always open TGPCA and the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Maharashtra's official websites for details, like specific dates, cut-offs, and admission guidelines.
