Umalok College of Nursing, Meerut, was established in 2015 and is one of the top and prestigious college related to nursing education in the state of Uttar Pradesh of India. It is situated in Bhatipura, Garh Road, Meerut and the college is set in a 3-acre of area making studying environment effective and enhined.

Recognised by INC, Umalok College of Nursing conducts courses in various fields of nursing for students emerging as qualified nurses. The institute has a strength of 156 students at large and faculties of 18 members making sure that each student gets the required attention to detail and education.

There are four programmes that the college provides for students in the nursing field, these are 2 degree programmes for undergraduates and 2 diplomas. Umalok College of Nursing provides a number of functional facilities that one expects to find in a college in order to improve learning among its learners. Proper equipped library provides necessary comprehensive information and nursing literature and research source.

Modern well equipped laboratories are vital in offering practical training as an essential component of trainings for revolutionising the sector in nursing. The facility includes a classroom for educational events like seminars enabling the campus to create a vibrant academic environment. For students’ health care, well amenities are embraced including sports facilities for bodily health.

The college also has its health centre for students with first aid services to ensure student’s safety. On campus, there is a cafeteria that supplies foods to students and staff, the college provides guest rooms for the visiting faculty, and students’ relatives.

Approaching the goal of producing nurses to address various employment opportunities, Umalok College of Nursing has designed broad areas of Nursing programmes. The institute provides four full-time courses: There is B. Sc Nursing (4 years), General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM, 3 years), Auxiliary Nursing and Midwifery (ANM, 2 years) and Post Basic B. Sc Nursing (PB B. Sc, 2 years).

The total approved intake for these programmes is 140, for B. Sc Nursing, there are 40 seats, for ANM 40 seats are available and for GNM , they have sixty. This wide diversity provides an opportunity for a student to select a programme of his or her interest that focuses on the nursing career.
