University of Kashmir South Campus Anantnag was established in the year 2008 as the first satellite campus of the University of Kashmir at Fatehgarh, Anantnag. The vision is to make higher education more accessible to people, particularly living in remote areas of South Kashmir. University of Kashmir South Campusis a government institution and campus of University of Kashmir Srinagar.
